I am so happy with the service I received. My windshield was cracked during a roadtrip and I needed to get it replaced. They quoted me hundreds of dollars cheaper than 3 other competitors. I brought my car in and 2 hours later, my car was ready. Great service.

Needed the rear glass replaced on my 90s bronco because it was broken into and they got it installed same day with a couple hour turn around for a very affordable price as well, <$400 . The truck had also been sitting around from no use so it had a dead battery and they were nice enough to charge it up for me, highly recommend this company!

Amazing family ran business! This places SAVED me close to $1,000!!! They were extremely honest, knowledgeable, and had all around amazing customer service. Just two days after Christmas I had the Toyota dealership telling me a sensor was missing on my windshield - it was going to cost $500 for the part, $200 for labor on top of the $200 I had just paid them. They told me I’d still have to take it into a glass shop after their repair in order to get it recalibrated. I called Northwest auto glass and explained the situation and asked for a quote to recalibrate. Rather than just throwing out a number they asked if I wanted to bring it in so they could take a look first.. Long story short, they got it fixed on the spot- NO $500 part needed, it didn’t take hours of labor, and to top it off, I went back to Toyota afterwards and got my $200 diagnostics charge fully refunded!!! All thanks to northwest glass!!! Stumbling across this place truly feels like some part of a Christmas miracle. Thank you Northwest Auto Glass!! I will forever remember your kindness and refer anybody needing windshield ect services your way!!

Thought I was getting a chip fixed. Guess again. Glad I was in the right place. My glass was available and time too. Wasn't happy about spending more money. Just did a transmission. Northwest Glass took care of my car and were very nice. I'll be using again and definitely recommend. Shop Local first!
