Great customer service and great work. I had my drivers side front glass broken as well as a seal for the window damaged in a parking lot by a company and needed it fixed urgently to be able to secure my car again. Once I contacted NorthWest Auto Glass they worked with me and were able to order the parts that night and I brought the vehicle in the next morning to be repaired. The repair was quick and professional, and though I did not pay for it I found the price to be very reasonable. The waiting room was also nice and overall it was a great experience. Will be going here going forward for any auto glass needs and would highly recommend!

Repaired a rock chip in my windshield. Quick service, quality job. It was nice to be able to walk in and get it done. Also, their waiting area is lovely! Spotless and comfortable, with toys for my little kids to play with and coffee for me.

I took my wife's 2016 Jeep in after noticing brake noise. John gave us an estimate to change front pads and rotors plus give it a front end alignment all for under 800! I thought that was a very good price and far below other competitors. So would i take my vehicles back here for repairs? Absolutely would! And would recommend (and have) anyone to bring there vehicles here for a repair.

I cannot recommend Northwest auto glass highly enough. Super professional super prompt super honest and all at a great price. They always get me out of there much faster than I expected. If you're looking for an auto glass repair facility look no further - Sergey and the staff are awesome.

I normally don't leave reviews but great service, took a bit longer than expected due to them removing some rust around my window (which they sanded and treated), got an older van, so she's a bit of a project. They took the time to fix the issue before replacing the window. The window turned out amazing and clear. Just beautiful job! I also paid out of pocket and it was a great price for the work they provided. I will hopefully not be back but if something happens - I'll be back!
